  • 1 serving rice noodles 
  • Pan-fried broccoli and Brussel Sprouts with oil 
  • Shredded carrots 
  • 50g Silken tofu, diced into cubes
  • 1/4 cup shelled edamame
  • Kimchi chips 
  • Sprinkle of maple roasted nuts

Ginger Sesame Dressing:
1 tbsp tahini + 2 tsp warm water + 1 tsp toasted sesame oil + 1 tsp grated ginger + 1 tsp coconut amino + 1.5 tsp sweetener of choice + 1 scoop PURE
