半杯乾藜麥
半杯水

一杯奶 (任何一種) 
2 匙蛋白粉
1 匙 PURE 天然膠原蛋白激活粉

您亦可加上 1 茶匙瑪卡粉

煮法:

  1. 將沖洗過的藜麥和1/2杯水煮沸。 同時用攪拌器中將牛奶,蛋白質粉,瑪咖粉和 PURE 天然膠原蛋白激活粉混合在一起。
  2. 蓋上蓋子並用小火煮開,直到液體完全吸收。
  3. 將牛奶混合物加到鍋中把沖洗好的藜麥煮開,直到達到所需的稠度,再攪拌5分鐘。
  4. 完成後適量加入新鮮水果,乳酪,烘焙穀物等等作調味。
