I absolutely adore Golden Latte – it’s warming, cosy and creamy! This oatmeal bowl is built with protein, complex carbs and the anti-inflammatory benefits from then golden turmeric – super nutritious way to start your day! You won’t find a better combination than turmeric + coconut, you just have to try it out – and thank me later :)

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 serve of vegan protein powder, preferably coconut-flavoured
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop PURE

Method:
- Bring everything except protein powder and PURE to a boil, and then simmer on low heat until desired consistency.
- Turn off heat and stir in protein powder and PURE. Serve hot with toppings of choice. (Pictured: coconut granola and apple slices)
