Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Hemp Almond Mylk Base
- 1 tsp Star Dust Anti-inflammatory or turmeric
- 3 heaped tbsp Vanilla Protein
- 2 scoops PURE
🌿Cinnamon Caramelised Nectarine: heat 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tsp cinnamon on a non-stick pan then add in 1 chopped nectarines, sweetener of choice
