半杯乾藜麦
半杯水

一杯奶 (任何一种) 
2 匙蛋白粉
1 匙 PURE 天然胶原蛋白激活粉

您亦可加上 1 茶匙玛卡粉

煮法:

  1. 将冲洗过的藜麦和1/2杯水煮沸。 同时用搅拌器中将牛奶,蛋白质粉,玛咖粉和 PURE 天然胶原蛋白激活粉混合在一起。
  2. 盖上盖子并用小火煮开,直到液体完全吸收。
  3. 将牛奶混合物加到锅中把冲洗好的藜麦煮开,直到达到所需的稠度,再搅拌5分钟。
  4. 完成後适量加入新鲜水果,乳酪,烘焙穀物等等作调味。
